BMW R100R EARTH

The R100R EARTH is the first production custom motorcycle by Earth Motorcycles from heritage production series, built on a unified industrial design with a clean horizontal line at its core. Based on the iconic BMW R100R from the ’90s, it blends heritage engineering with bold, minimal aesthetics and technical precision.

UNIFIED INDUSTRIAL DESIGN

From an industrial design perspective, this build represents a complete design concept. It follows a straight-line philosophy, aligning the tank, seat, and engine along a clean horizontal axis. The result is a visually seamless machine where form and function flow together in a single, uninterrupted line.

FORM IN PERFECT PROPORTION

Every element is shaped to preserve the bike’s natural balance, from the compact rear frame to the precisely positioned suspension. The flowing geometry allows each component to connect without breaks or visual noise. It’s a design where every angle reveals the same disciplined harmony.

CUSTOM ENGINEERING AT CORE

Beyond its refined proportions, the R100R EARTH is defined by a collection of purpose-built components crafted in-house at Earth Motorcycles. From the frame to the smallest fitting, each piece has been reimagined to serve both function and form, ensuring nothing feels added on — everything belongs.

Clean triple tree with integrated Motogadget gauge, custom six-hole nuts, and proprietary Earth clamps — a precise, functional design built for both strength and seamless aesthetics.
Original Earth-designed subframe, cleanly bolted to the stock frame, paired with a matte black leatherette seat featuring Earth’s signature stitching — minimal in form, extremely comfortable in function.

LED light, compact fairing, clean handlebars with iconic ISR levers, and a smooth triple tree come together seamlessly, creating a perfectly balanced and cohesive front-end design.
The front fender blends seamlessly into the fork, crafted with precision using 3D printing. Made from strong yet flexible nylon, it offers durability and a sleek, invisible integration with the front suspension.

The rear light and license plate holder echo the seat’s design curves. It features certified combined Motogadget lights in a slim, stylish strip, integrating all necessary functions for legal road use in one sleek unit.
The tail and brake light is integrated into the subframe arch, doubling the function of the combined Motogadget lights and enhancing rider safety with a sleek, built-in design.

The new custom engine cover visually levels the engine’s horizontal plane with precise geometry and mirrors the original front block’s ribbing. Cast from aluminum, it perfectly blends function and authentic design detail.
A signature Earth Motorcycles style: brushed contrasting ribs across the entire engine—head, cylinder—connecting seamlessly with matching details on the front engine block and top cover for a unified, distinctive look.
